IBOAI STRUCTURE

The Awards & Recognition Committee receives any proposed change to Amway North America, formerly Quixtar Inc.'s Independent Business Owner (IBO) awards programs. These proposed changes may be submitted by Amway or by individual Independent Business Owners. The Committee evaluates the proposed change, determines its impact on IBOs, and makes a recommendation to Amway as to whether it should be adopted or rejected.

The Committee itself may initiate proposed changes to IBO awards and submit them to Amway along with a recommendation for adoption.
