The Business Operations Committee receives
any proposed change to
Quixtar's Independent Business Owner (IBO) benefits,
new product programs, distribution methods, communication technology,
and similar matters affecting operation of an IBO's business.
These proposed changes may be submitted by
Quixtar Inc. or by IBOs. The Committee evaluates
the proposed change, determines its impact on IBOs, and makes a
recommendation to
Quixtar Inc. as to
whether it should be adopted or rejected.
