1. How do I become a member of the
Independent Business Owners Association International (IBOA
International)?
Membership in the Independent Business Owners Association
International is automatic. If you are an IBO in the North
American Sales and Marketing Plan you are a member of
the
IBOA International upon registering. A small part of your
registration fee goes to fund the
IBOA International and provides
your membership.
Once you have achieved the level of Platinum
you automatically become a voting member of
the Association which allows you the
opportunity to vote for
IBOA International Board Members.
Your membership is beneficial because the
IBOA International
is your voice to the leaders of the business
and
Amway. Leading the
Board of Directors
is the
Executive Committee,
which establishes goals and objectives for the four committees that focus on different facets of the
business:
Awards
& Recognition,
Business Operations,
Legal
& Ethics and the
Marketing Advisory
Committee (an
ad hoc committee which works in conjunction with the Business
Operations Committee and reports to the Executive Committee).
