business deliberations. Here are some of the highlights.

Boost to Qualify
The big announcement at the March IBOAI Board Meeting was the Boost to Qualify six-part special revenue-boosting program recommended by the Board at the February Board Meeting in Maui. Amway Global signed on and work was concluded in mere weeks. The Board thanks Amway Global Vice President of Sales Sandy Spielmaker and the rest of the Corporate staff for making this exciting program a priority and getting it into place so quickly.

Met with Web 2.0 Team
The Board also met with the Amway Global Web 2.0 Team about the many aspects of Web 2.0 and its present and future functionality. This was the team responsible for the recent successful switchover to the new Amwayglobal.com, and the Board met with them for a couple of hours asking questions and providing input.

New Advertising Program
In addition, the Board was delighted to see the new Amway Global advertising program, The Power of Positive, which debuted March 15 with two new commercials. Amway Global Vice President of Marketing Jori Hartwig announced a third commercial was also in the works. All will air on 16 cable networks, and print ads will appear in 17 newspapers and magazines. MAC Successes
The Marketing Advisory Committee (MAC) worked with Amway Global staff on several categories of new product development, tasted the new full size Chocolate Protein Bar that is different than the Fudgy Almond Protein Snack Bar, and reviewed the new spring and fall Artistry Colourplay Trend Colour Collection (see video), proposed several new

product bundles, and note of excitement: John Tesh “Intelligence for Life” snacks should launch at the end of April. The Committee is happy to report the Lighted Lip and Gloss Artistry Crème LX, too highly anticipated items, will launch very soon.

Wrap-up Video Conference with Field Leaders
And new this year, the IBOAI Executive Committee held its first video/audio conference with IBO leaders, recapping the March Board Meeting live from the William J. Halliday Board Room. This is the Board’s first live session with leaders during Board week, making it possible for them to instantly spread the word on changes and improvements to the business.
