Please make note of this important message from Amway concerning new login processes for all IBOs and registered customers beginning July 20, 2011. Take the time to communicate with your downline and customers for a smooth transition to this new system designed to enhance your businesses' security.

With news outlets near constant reporting of Internet security stories this new system will certainly be of benefit to all IBOs doing financial activities over the Internet through Amway's website. The IBOAI is excited that Amway is continuing to be a leader in protecting your businesses' security and privacy. You can be confident that you have the best available protections for your business and your customers' privacy.

Username and Password will no longer be entered at the same time.

To help protect the privacy and security of your personal information, we recently added new security features - and asked that you set up a Security Image, Security Phrase, and new security questions and answers. Now, beginning July 20, 2011, the way you log in to the AMWAY™ website has been enhanced, utilizing these security features. Your Username and Password are no longer entered at the same time on the same screen. Here's how it will work:

1. Enter your Username and then click "Next."
Remember, your Username is not the same as your Amway ID (IBO Number or Registered Customer Number).

2. Confirm your Security Image and your Security Phrase.
Note: If you have set up your enhanced security features, your Security Image and Security Phrase will be visible. You will verify the image and phrase are correct before continuing.

If you have not set up enhanced security features yet for your account, you will not see the Security Image and Security Phrase at login. Instead, you will be taken immediately to the enhanced security set-up page, and you will need to set up the security features before you can continue on to other areas of the website.

3. Enter your password and click "Login."
You may be asked to complete additional steps as part of the log-in process. For example: answering one of your security questions to verify your identity.

The updates to the login effective on July 20 represent the final step of the enhanced security implementation for the AMWAY website. We will continue to strive for the most up-to-date technology for web security so you and your customers can be confident your information is safe with us.
