Your IBOAI Board had an extremely productive week of meetings. The future of our business has never looked brighter! Below are some updates from those meetings.

The Pre-Paid Visa Card is launching on December 1st. All new IBOs registering will automatically be enrolled. To opt out ... they can click on "My Account" and then "Bonus Payment Method". The same is true for those existing IBOs who wish to "opt in". This card will be available in five languages.

Some revisions to packaging methods have been made. Boxes are changing to reduce in size to fit, as nearly as possible, the items being shipped. Sensitive Pick Boxes will now be available for small, fragile items such as Artistry. Sensitive Pick Boxes will house the smaller, more fragile items individually inside the larger shipping box. These changes roll out in November in the Midwest and in December and throughout 2012 in other areas. Increased tracking abilities for product orders will also be offered in more areas of the country.

IBOs are now able to register new customers directly through CSA. All discontinued products will now have recommendations for a replacement on the Amway site. Also, a new "Mega Menu" will launch in 2012. This will allow customers to view bigger product descriptions with fewer clicks.

The Board wanted also wants to let you know about some exciting new numbers. In 2011 sales grew by 11% with 21 consecutive months of growth. The United States experienced its highest qualification growth rate since 2003. New IBO applications increased by 12% and new IBO PV increased by 7%. PV per Engaged IBOs went up by 8%. The $50 fast track program increased by 30%. First year renewal rates were up by 2%. Overall it has been an exciting year of growth!

Research has shown that IBOs who enter the business with Sports Nutrition are more likely to move to Nutrilite Vitamins & Minerals and more likely to purchase WIN products. These IBOs are also more likely to sponsor and have customers.

Both Clear Now Acne and Body Blends Naturals (shampoo & conditioner and body wash) are selling well over their forecast-Body Blends at three times the projected numbers!

Since campaigns like "Imagine" have taken hold in the field ... sales increased during campaign and were sustained post-campaign. The objective of these campaigns is to give IBOs balanced business by increasing and sustaining sales of Artistry and Nutrilite products.

The Board wanted all of you to know about some changes to the Sports Nutrition line. First, sucralose will be removed from Sports Drinks. The Orange Sugar Free Sports Drink will now be sweetened with a Stevia product. The Strawberry Sugar Free Sports Drink is to be discontinued. After October 20th Energy Bars will contain ROC (Red Orange Complex) and will also feature new packaging. Protein Shakes are scheduled to be updated with a Stevia sweetener for November 1st. The Cookies N' Cream flavor Whey Protein Bar is launching November 15th. The Whey Protein Powder will also be updated with a Stevia sweetener for the 15th and return to a tub container instead of the packets.

Nutrilite Sports Nutrition items will now feature star-bursts calling attention to product benefits, helping customers choose the right products.

XS Energy Gum will be available for advanced order in the middle of October (and will ship in November). They will come in 5 packs, 12 pieces per pack. The gum delivers the caffeine equivalent of a cup of coffee in just fifteen minutes!

Crème Luxury Eye is now available for advanced order, it will ship in November. There are 3 videos on the Amway website to support this new product. The 360 Crème Luxury Eye demo will be the companion to the Ultimate Demo Kit. The Ultimate Demo Kit will include: a ten pack of gift envelopes with ingredient list; elegant silver clutch with Artistry logo; clutch includes interior pocket for USB card and business cards, flip chart pages (no binder). The Learning Center will offer a course on Crème Luxury Eye.
