Legal and Ethics Committee

• Spent many hours discussing promotional materials with the Corporation
• Recommended the Corporation continue to investigate the e-registration

Marketing Advisory Committee (MAC) was instrumental in the following roll-outs:

are exclusive to IBOs

• Naranja “Orange” Blast – the newest XS Energy Drink flavor
• New Legacy of Clean catalog with product comparisons
• The return of the following popular products: Classic Prewash, SA8 Baby,

and Dishwasher Tabs

The Board also announced results of the 2011 IBOAI Election:
New Directors of the IBOAI Board, whose terms will run from January 1, 2011, until December 31, 2013, are:

G2/G3 Shares Their Insights

During the October Board Meeting, the IBOAI and Amway welcomed “G2/G3,” (second and third generation IBOs, the future leaders of our business). Cale Andrews, David Dussault, Jason and Stacy Dutt, Jere and Rochelle Dutt, Kavan and Anjali Gala, Neil and Sirisha Gala, Steve and Marcia Victor, and Joe Victor were here to learn from one

another and share their visions on the business for the next 50 years with the IBOAI and Amway. In addition to meeting with the IBOAI Executive Committee, G2/G3 participated in the Business Operations Committee and MAC meetings, met with the IBOAI IT Director and PR Manager on Web reputation, search engine optimization, and search engine marketing, and spent a day at the Corporation, meeting with the sales leadership team, receiving a new product and campaign preview, touring Amway World Headquarters, and participating in working sessions on the business opportunity and sponsoring. A highlight was dinner at Doug DeVos’s home, a real honor in the eyes of every member of G2/G3.

The October Board Meeting week was a perfect example of how this business brings out the best in each of us to benefit all of us. The result of a week of hard work is a business that helps every IBO succeed.
