Expanding the Delisle Family Tradition

Dennis Delisle When Dennis Delisle started his business as a college student, he had already learned firsthand how to run a highly successful independent business. Dennis leveraged the knowledge he gained growing up in his family to quickly build a successful business of his own.

While still a college student, Dennis became a Platinum. His early growth helped convince him that the opportunity represented the best career choice. After graduation, he realized that during college he had been earning more than his professors. So he put his accounting degree aside and

focused exclusively on his independent business.

Dennis even credits the business for helping start his relationship with his wife, Sharon. On the couple's second date, he took Sharon to a business meeting. The next day she launched her own independent business.

For several years, business growth slowed considerably for Dennis and Sharon. Then, with the birth of the first of their two children, the couple re-committed themselves to building a thriving business. The effort resulted in a period of rapid growth, going from Ruby to Triple Diamond in just 36 months.

Coincidental with the re-commitment to his business, Dennis also became very active within the Association. Strong leadership through various committee positions led to his election as Board President in 1992-1993.
