Joe served tirelessly on the Board of Directors throughout the
Association's early years, setting an impeccable standard for those who followed. His
hard work and integrity helped build the close working relationship with The
Corporation that still exists today.
A World War II
veteran, Joe was deeply patriotic and highly valued the opportunity to
run his own business. His children and grandchildren followed in his
footsteps, building successful businesses of their own.
Joe Victor died in 1998 at the age of 79. His son,
Jody, has followed in the tradition of serving on the
IBOA
International Board.
