CHAIRMAN’S GAVEL

Steve Woods
As we wind down the calendar year and head into the holidays, I hope you’ll take this thought with you: The IBOAI represents tremendous continuity in this business. The Board was here when I was a kid and it’s still here, representing you today. The principles the founding families used to establish the Board 50 years ago are the same ones we use as guides to consider recommendations today. During our October Board Meeting, I saw second and third generation IBOs (our future leaders) at the table with the founding families, all excited about the future. The IBOAI is vibrant with possibilities, finding ways to bring all its resources of knowledge of the past and inspiration for the future to work for IBOs. As we transition to the next Board, I see great days ahead continuing to build the premiere business opportunity in the world.

LETTER FROM YOUR EXECUTIVE BOARD

The Board and staff thank you very much for your support for the IBOAI. Our goal every day is to make sure that all our comments, communications, actions and recommendations are focused on helping you help others, which in turn builds your business. In other words, we are IBOcentric! Before there were products, before there were buildings, there were IBOs – a handful of families with a dream. For over 50 years, the IBOAI has been only about you and your future; freedom, family, hope and reward. Your Board is committed to strategic planning, simplification of the business, double digit growth, and increased IBO involvement in all areas. You are an integral part of our success. We encourage you to stay in close communication with your Board and hope you enjoy receiving our quarterly communications. Together, we represent the best!

LEADERSHIP QUOTES

“The business has totally changed our lives, and we are so grateful. We are completing our first term on the IBOAI board and MAC, and it has been an incredible experience, as well as an honor and privilege to serve.”
