Expo, a global showcase of countries and internationally
recognized companies including
Amway, opened
on May 1, 2010, for a six-month run in Shanghai, China. It’s the
perfect backdrop to present the story of Amway’s American heritage
and unique global business opportunity.
More than 192 nations, 45 nonprofit organizations, and hundreds of
internationally recognized companies are participating in this
42,300,000-square-foot World Expo, including
Pepsi,
Johnson & Johnson,
General Electric, and more.
The Expo theme, Better City, Better Life, along with the theme
of the
USA Pavilion, Rising to the Challenge, are the perfect setting
to tell the Amway story to a huge new audience!
Displays in the USA Pavilion represent
our people, places, culture, and values. As part of the “Connecting
our World” section, Amway is among the companies sharing their
stories about how they’re improving lives and transforming American
cities.
Although most of us won’t have a chance to visit the Expo, it
represents a tremendous opportunity for Amway to share our global
success story with the expected 70 million visitors. This Expo’s
themes of opportunity, diversity, and success align perfectly with
Amway’s core values – throughout the world.
