Your IBOAI Board Officers and Governance & Oversight Committee have been working closely with Amway Global on some important changes effective for the U.S. and Canada.

Just announced, Amway Global:

• has adjusted pricing and ratio for Legacy of Clean™ home care products to increase IBO profitability, effective

October 2, 2009.

• will extend the Free Shipping program to all DITTO™ customers with qualified orders of $75 or more

August 31, 2010.

• has postponed the proposed 3% Bonus Bracket update.
