The IBOAI Business Operations Committee receives any proposed change to Amway North America, Independent Business Owner (IBO) benefits, new product programs, distribution methods, communication technology, and similar matters affecting operation of an IBO's business. These proposed changes may be submitted by Amway or by IBOs. The Committee evaluates the proposed change, determines its impact on IBOs, and makes a recommendation to Amway as to whether it should be adopted or rejected.
The Committee reviews proposed publications and makes recommendations regarding their content.
The Committee itself may initiate proposed changes to any of the operations listed above and submit them to Amway along with a recommendation for adoption.
