IBOAI Executive Committee

The IBOAI Executive Committee exercises the powers and authorities of the Independent Business Owners Association International (IBOA International) Board of Directors during the intervals between regular or special meetings of the Directors.

  • Appoint all IBOA International committees and make committee assignments.
  • Set Executive Committee and Board of Directors meeting dates, locations, and agendas.
  • Create the positions of officers and define their duties.
  • Review recommendations from individual Independent Business Owners (IBOs).
