The Independent Business Owners Association International, Inc. (IBOAI) is the advocacy organization for North American Independent Business Owners (IBOs) affiliated with Amway®. The IBOAI advises Amway on every facet of the North American business, from products and promotions to operations and business guidelines. The IBOAI and Amway are dedicated to partnering for success with your input, support and participation.
The IBOAI Legal & Ethics Committee receives any proposed new policy and any proposed change to existing policies, including changes to the Independent Business Ownership Plan and the Rules of Conduct for Independent Business Owners (IBOs). Proposed additions or changes may be submitted by Amway North America or by individual Independent Business Owners (IBOs). The Committee evaluates the proposed addition or change, determines its impact on IBOs, and makes a recommendation to Amway as to whether it should be adopted or rejected.
The Committee itself may initiate a proposed addition or change to any policies and submit them to Amway along with a recommendation for adoption.
