Pete Herschelman and his wife, Rachael, are the perfect match of discipline and ambition. Together, they’ve brought wonderful people into the Business and been blessed with being able “to watch their team members’ lives change for the better,” according to Pete.
Pete says with conviction, “I love the Amway Business. I’ve been in it over two decades. My parents, my siblings, and my children are all active IBOs. If elected to the Board, I will take initiative and engage in all relevant issues in order to protect, preserve, and improve the Business for all current and future IBOs.”
Jesus is the foundation of Pete’s life, while other role models include the the other Leaders that have gone before him. “They have set a great example of what is possible and what it looks like to set large goals, overcome challenges, follow through when necessary, and build a legacy.” By serving on the Board, Pete intends to make a positive difference, just as past and present IBO Leaders have done.
