The IBOAI Business Operations Committee receives and evaluates any proposed changes or new concepts affecting Amway North America business. New product programs, distribution methods, communication technology, and similar matters affecting the operation of an IBO's Business. These proposed changes or new concepts may be submitted by Amway, the IBOAI or by IBOs. The Committee evaluates the proposed changes or new concepts to determine the impact on IBOs, and then makes a recommendation to Amway as to whether it should be adopted, modified, or rejected.
The Committee reviews proposed publications and makes recommendations regarding their content.
The Committee itself may initiate proposed changes to any of the topics listed above and submit them to Amway along with a recommendation for adoption.
