The Governance & Oversight Committee acts as an advisor to the Board and to the members of the Executive Committee.  Governance & Oversight is responsible for:

• Serving as an audit committee.
• Developing and recommending to the Board policies to be adopted by the Board.
• Serving as inspector of Board elections under Michigan law.
• Providing oversight of the activities of the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director.
