We are pleased to announce Ana Nichols's transition from Special Events Manager to Operations Manager. In her new role, Ana will oversee and support the day-to-day operations of the Association, bringing invaluable experience and a continued commitment to excellence.
Ana will continue to manage the Association’s events while also being responsible for operations. Additionally, she will play a key role in the IBOAI Board meetings and communications. Ana began her career at the IBOAI as an Administrative Assistant in 2007. Her positive attitude and dedication to the IBOAI are greatly valued by the organization and the Board. We look forward to her contributions in this expanded capacity.
Josh Hettinga, the Accounting and Finance Manager, will continue to apply his expertise and dedication to managing the Association’s financial operations and supporting the growth of the IBOAI Board.
