Twenty-nine years as IBOs, Mayank and Sejal Gala, believe that helping others has been the primary motivation in working their Amway business. Helping others is instrumental in their motivation and the motivation of their team. Mayank says, “To see others achieve goals and build their Business is rewarding.” It is one thing to build your business, but truly special when you see your team build their businesses in positive ways.
Mayank explains to new IBOs that they are in business for themselves but not by themselves. He reassures them, “The best part of having an Amway Business is that you have the proven track record of people who have gone before you. Most importantly, we will not give upon you unless you give up on yourself.”
Mayank states, “It’s an honor to serve on the IBOAI Board and share my experience as a second-generation IBO in making the Business relevant for future generations.” Mayank is a prompt decision-maker and solution- oriented.
