As a 3rd generation IBO playing an integral role today in a Founding Family Business, Steve Victor believes it is his duty to protect and promote the interests of all IBOs.
As the grandson of Joe and Helyne Victor and son of Jody and Kathy Victor, Steve has truly grown up around the Business. He says, “Following in the footsteps of my grandfather and father would be a dream come true for me personally. I would also do my best to represent my fellow IBOs and protect and preserve the integrity of this Business for future generations to come. My goal is to be the best example for the 4th generation and beyond in this Business.”
Steve has been an IBO for 30 years. He earned a Business/Pre-law degree from Bowling Green University. He represents the Victor family Business and works directly with Amway Corporation, along with his brother Joe, as an Approved Provider for MMP.
For Steve, family is everything. “In my life, I am most grateful for my family. My parents are my role models, my brother and sister inspire me to be better – and my wife, Marcia, and our children, Kayla and Cody, motivate me to set an example, do my best, and leave a legacy for the next generation to carry on.”
Steve states, “It’s about serving others and helping them achieve their goals. It’s not so much the things that matter most, it’s the people that matter most.”
