It is Juan Ruelas’ strong belief that the voice of Independent Business Owners has the right to be heard in this Business – and it is a vital component in ensuring success now and in the future of this Business.
n is confident his input and interaction with fellow IBO Leaders on the Board will lead to a better understanding of what’s needed to support business growth. He says, “It’s rewarding to work with IBOs of different social status and accomplish goals together as a team. Because I am hard-working, a good problem solver and strong team player, I am confident my experience and diligence will be assets as a Board member.”
Juan has never forgotten the advice of his ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher. “She convinced me I could accomplish anything in life if I was willing to put in the work.” To this day, Juan guides new IBOs in a similar manner: “The difference between somebody who can achieve their goals in this industry and someone that doesn’t, is how you invest your time. You decide how much time you want to put in.” Juan is a powerful example of someone who chooses wisely in how he invests his time. For Juan, serving on the IBOAI Board is a worthwhile investment.
