Kathy Victor joined the Business in 1976, has earned the respect of IBOs and has become a trusted partner of the Corporation in helping shape the policies and programs that support IBOs. Her passion, communication, and tireless commitment to making this the best Business now and for future generations has been apparent in her work as a Board member, Board Chairman and currently the IBOAI CEO.
Kathy has a strong commitment to the Business and the IBOAI in order to preserve the Business. Kathy believes she can make a difference by being the voice of all IBOs and representing their best interests to the Corporation.
